Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Return Procedure

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for the return.

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-refundable items

• Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defect.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
